Alright, I'll answer your question, even though I'm prolly not one of the ones you were expecting. Just doing the "Next Blog" thing. Highlight from this year...during spring break in March, in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, I was walking back to the house where we were stayin' with the lady we were stayin' with, and she didn't know much English and I didn't know much Spanish, but she managed to say "you learn Spanish and I lean English and you come back next year." Wow...I guess I should get after that. Tengo a long way to go. Es la verdad.

Kers,
I spent a lot of time with a German exchange student at our last youth event and got to lay out the whole Gospel message for her. I thought about your friend who spent Christmas with us last week who is passionate about Germany. I didn't have her contact info though to tell her about it so I thought I would pass it on through you. =)
Oh, and the highlight of my year was Sam being born and David turning one!

Experiencing life at home full time with your dad after 16 years of his traveling to SF, spending the fall season with you and your team and coaches at Biola, getting to really "love-on" and play with our grandson David, seeing and hearing Danny preach his first sermon at FLC, becoming better friends with Jamie as well as many of my neices and nephews, experiencing Rock Harbor often, hosting Dazzling Day Camp for After School Buddies at our ranch, and receiving those amazing tribute plaques from you at Christmas. 2006 was a really wonderful year. Luv U - Momma
